Both times my vehicles have been 'broken' into, small, inconsequential items have been taken. The first time, the window was smashed, and as I'd cleaned out my car the day before, there was literally nothing in it to take, except for a little handless headset for my phone, so they took that and left me with a smashed window and a dirty feeling. The more recent time, the car was unlocked. They rifled through my glove box and dumped the papers out onto the front seat. They took my new sunglasses... So, I ordered new sunglasses. Again. I like the purple ones even better :)
