Photographing food is something I enjoy, though often the process is more interesting than the actual finished product. Sometimes I am pleased with the end result, like this finished lassi. In this case, I set up the shot using all the ingredients for this yummy Mango Rose Lassi (recipe below).
Mango Rose Lassi
1 whole ripe mango, skin and seed removed, flesh cut into chunks
1/2 cup yogurt (I used honey Greek yogurt)
3/4 cup water (or sub milk for creamier version)
1 tsp rosewater
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a glass with a pinch of ground cardamom.
